Cross-overs and heat exchangers are optimised to reduce your energy bill. We even use the heat produced by the hatching eggs to heat your office building.

EMKA’s chillers ensure that you can trust our equipment to follow through on their promise to deliver exceptional cooling results. Where the climate allows free-cooling, we will add the option of a dry cooler or cooling tower to give you the most energy efficient results.

At EMKA Hatchery Equipment we will look at the most energy and cost-effective way of cooling your incubators. We will analyze your water supply, the quality of the water and the temperature to define together how to implement the best cooling and heating system. The choice of a closed or open water supply system will depend on the parameters at hand.

In many cases, even with a closed water circuit, when using Teggnologic27, you won’t need a chiller. Because the temperature difference between the outgoing water (32°C)  and the fresh cooling water (27°C) is only 5°C, often the cooling will be free. This is a financial benefit bringing profitability up and costs down.
