At EMKA Incubators we continuously strive to lower the cost of use in our hatcheries.

In times where energy consumption is more and more important, EMKA Incubators has developed the Tegg-save.

The Tegg-save is a variable frequency convertor/inverter, connected to the direct drive beltless motor, that allows the Hatchery Manager to save energy.

At specific times during the incubation, the Hatchery Manager can decide to programĀ a speed reduction of the fan blades automatically allowing for up to 50% less energy consumed for the motor while extending the motors’ life without compromising hatchability, chick quality or chick uniformity.
