Farma Franca Bijelo Polie, part of the Meso-Promet doo family run poultry and feed group in Montenegro chooses EMKA Hatchery Equipment for their venture into the hatchery business.

After having checked out most suppliers of hatchery equipment the Franca family decided to trust EMKA Hatchery Equipment for their incubation equipment.

The hatchery will ultimately be able to have a total capacity of 5 VH-576-S setters able to set 5,000,000 hatching eggs per year.

The equipment, setters and hatchers, will not only be equipped with the Dry Hatch technology to ensure the best quality uniform chicks on the market but will also be cooled by our unique "Dry Cooler" option.

Therefor the cooling process will hardly need any chiller to cool the machines.

This is a significant energy saving that can go to more than 50% energy saving compared to traditional incubation.

Of course the EMKA incubators are already equipped with Tegg-save frequency inverters to save on motor energy consumption.

The whole hatchery has been conceived to be highly energy efficient while further improving on quality and hatchability.
